Go-live checklist

  • Test order — place a real ₹1–₹10 order through your gateway and refund it.
  • Confirmation email — verify it arrives in the inbox (not spam). If you connected a custom domain, check email is sending from your domain.
  • Policies — publish refund, shipping, and privacy pages (Settings → Policies). Indian payment gateways require them.
  • Mobile pass — open your store on a phone over mobile data. Check the home page, a product page, and checkout.
  • Domain — if using a custom domain, confirm it shows the green lock (SSL) and that www works.
  • Analytics — open Analytics → Live and confirm your own visit appears.
  • Abandoned checkout recovery — turn it on (Marketing → Automations) before launch, not after.
