Create email campaigns under Marketing → Campaigns: pick a segment, write your message, send now or schedule. Opens and clicks are tracked on your own domain, and every resulting order is attributed back to the campaign.

Automations

Lifecycle flows that run themselves — abandoned checkout recovery, welcome series, post-purchase follow-ups, and review requests. Turn them on under Marketing → Automations; each automation reports the revenue it generated.

Segments

Build customer segments with conditions (spend, frequency, location, products bought, consent state). Segments are live — customers move in and out automatically as their behavior changes, and campaigns always send to the current membership.

Create discount codes, shareable short links, and QR codes for offline-to-online campaigns — every scan and click is tracked into the same attribution model.
