Custom domains

Every store has a free yourstore.sellerlane.io address. To use your own domain:

  1. Buy a domain at any registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Hostinger, etc.).
  2. In the admin, go to Settings → Domains → Connect domain and enter it.
  3. Sellerlane shows the DNS records to add at your registrar — typically one CNAME for www/subdomains, or A records for a root domain.
  4. Add the records and wait. Verification and SSL issuance are automatic; most domains go live within minutes of DNS propagating.

What Sellerlane manages for you

  • SSL certificates — issued and renewed automatically. No expiry surprises.
  • Health monitoring — your domain’s DNS and certificate status are re-checked continuously; if something breaks at the registrar, you’re alerted and the platform re-heals what it can.
  • Primary domain — choose which domain is canonical; others redirect to it (good for SEO).
