- Yes — the Free plan is free forever, not a trial. You get a live storefront, up to 10 products, the visual editor, and Razorpay/PayU payments with 0% added fees. Upgrade only when you need more.
- Are there any transaction fees?
- No. Sellerlane adds 0% transaction fees on all plans, including Free. You only pay your payment gateway (Razorpay or PayU) their standard processing rates.
- How does yearly billing work?
- Yearly plans are billed once a year at 10× the monthly price — effectively 2 months free. You can switch between monthly and yearly at any time; changes apply from your next billing cycle.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time, including back to Free. Your store, products, and customers stay exactly as they are.
- Is GST invoicing supported?
- Yes, all Sellerlane subscriptions are billed with GST-compliant invoices.
